Option to toggle tablet mode UI

Thorium does not have an option to toggle the mobile UI that appears when using tablet mode in Windows 10

Describe the solution you'd like, including relevant patches or source
Windows 11 and versions prior to Windows 10 do not have tablet mode, forcing users to use the desktop UI. Having an option to enable the tablet mode UI in settings (or disable it for Windows 10 tablet users that prefer the desktop UI) would be great.
