@discordenjoyer Can you provide additional details of the problem?

Does the Server have an public IP ?
Is the server in your Local Network?
- If you are in the same network as the server, you should use the local IP
- Other users should use the Public IP

Log files:

Minecraft Server Logs
PHP Server Logs
Server Process Tree (list of running processes) (optional)

Please specify which Software/Versions are used:

Operation System
PHP
Webserver (ex.: Apache/Nginx)
Java
screen
