Hardware acceleration not working #1702

Describe the bug
Hardware acceleration does not work. neither <HWAccels> nor HardwareAcceleration enables it. it purely uses my CPU

I dont know if i created the docker container the wrong way or if i need to enable some settings i thaught that seeing nvdia-smi was enough. Maybe i am missing something

wheter i enable <HWAccels> or HardwareAcceleration it just does not work

Expected behavior
I expect the usage of my GPU to go up but it uses the CPU instead

Have you tried building and running an image with a Dockerfile.cuda file? Images built with a Dockerfile do not have hardware support, even if the NVIDIA driver is enabled in Docker.
