Adguard still uses Upstream DNS for local rewrites sometimes

Action

Added local domain *.mydomain.de to local nginx reverseproxy ip

Expected result

adguard not asking upstream dns server for local rewrite all the time

Actual result

adguard asking upstream dns for subdomain.localdomain.de sometimes and bringing an error to the client. so local domain rewrite does.not work on most days, sometimes it works...
