Need list of empty hub ids for adding additional hubs

If you can please make a small list of all the window ids that we can use like 1116, 1111, etc that would be great or add an easy way to add new hubs. I saw it said something about being really easy to add new hubs but it's hard to find ids that aren't being used. Maybe add empty hub ids for 1120-1130?

How to create hubs like movies and tv shows? For example, I want to create one for anime only. How would I do that?
