Expaned list prevent screen scroll

I have dropdown at the bottom of screen so when i open drop list i can't see item in android , i ios drop dwon open in top so that's no problm , when if no space added it not opon to up ??

I also have the same problem, i tried wrapping the whole view in a SingleChildScrollView widget however when i open the drop list the screen is not scrollable
