Packages enabled so far: - clarity - libstackerdb - pox-locking - stacks-common
…clippy Enable clippy in CI
- to test if they still go on the normal case, no shards, since the big packages run on shards (would need 120 for them to run with shards)
- now with the 80 mutants added in the previous commit it should run with shards on the small packages (since the limit is 80 now)
- added back the 26 mutants on the big packages, and 80 more on the small packages (totaling to 160 new mutants, which are more than the limit of 120 in order to run with shards)
