This kernel is based on 4.14.98 which was released one year ago. Since then the 4.14 LongTerm branch got many updates which fixes a lot of security bugs. The latest version in this longterm branch is 4.14.170. So there are a lot of fixes missing. Please update and don't distribute old and unsecure kernels.
