Multiple stamina bars appearing and not going away #16

Hello!

I have been receiving reports from our players that that their Stamina bossbars not only sometimes stay after getting out of water, but also multiply, so that players can end up having up to 5 stamina bossbars at once (4 of which are full). I tried to set the Stamina bar to the sidebar, but it also persists long after leaving water.

We are running the "v1.20.0-BETA" version (latest downliad) from SpigotMC on Paper 1.14.2 build 85.
