Alter Matlab's path to include all directories necessary to run rtraj.m automatically. This should be done in a temporary sense such that Matlab's path is changed only once on the first run and reset to its original state upon closing Matlab. That is, directories required to run rtraj.m should be automatically added (but not necessarily saved) once and then automatically removed (by Matlab itself) when the session is closed.
Inclusion of various operating systems (Linux, Mac, Windows) and how they write their paths (/ vs. , etc.) may need to be considered.
Priority: Moderate
Streamlines the setup of rtraj by eliminating manual intervention with the path
Causes the path to be temporary (not permanent) so that functions relevant to rtraj.m don't interfere with other Matlab projects on the user's computer
