I know that armake is capable of img2paa conversion during the build process. This would save us a lot of time converting the images ourselves, so lets make use of it!

Or better yet, just make it a separate command that a release command will use whilst building a release, but otherwise will not be used in a dev environment?
Edit: actually that won't work, since even when building for Dev Arma 3 needs them converted.
