As a user, I want a page that returns the correct charge according to each person. If itemized, we need functionality to add tip and tax. #8

For each item that was assigned to a user, we should be able to record all the items plus charge amt for each item.
These totals should be displayed on the final screen.
Math functionality (for tip and tax) should be made available.
