저는 크롬 언어설정이 영어로 설정되어 있습니다.
그래서 저번 #12 이슈를 작성했을때

이 화면이 영어로 나와야한다고 생각했는데 한글로 나오더라고요!!!

음... 브라우저의 언어 설정을 영어로 하고 구글링을 하면 영어 게시글이 보이는거랑은 다른것 같습니다.

웹서비스는 사용자의 국가를 어떻게 판단하나요???
GPS? 사용자가 request 하는 가장 가까운 서버의 region??
