Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.

"Relink to the origin post" should prompt for confirmation.

Currently, clicking "Relink to the origin post" immediately relinks the post to its origin without any confirmation dialog. If a user has made many changes to the post and accidentally clicks "Relink to the origin post," all of those changes would be lost.
