I'm curious to see how long transactions that get mined into a new block had been sitting in the mempool before. This would give a better sense of actual real-life transaction processing times and allow some interesting analysis when mapped against fees paid in those transactions. For my purposes, averages per block would be fine, perhaps someone else would actually like to see it by transaction.
If this data is already possible to get from the site, I haven't seen it after browsing around for a while.
